Russel pulled out an intricately carved wooden box from his robe. As he opened it, an iridescent stone floated above, its core pulsating with magic. "This is the Realm Seeker. Master Eldric gifted it to me after the war. It can sense gateways to other dimensions, guiding the user towards them."
Aria's eyes widened in amazement. "Why haven't you used it yet?"
He sighed, "Rebuilding the Academy, mentoring young mages, mending old bridges. There was always something that needed attention. But now, the time feels right."
Determined, Russel decided to assemble a team for the expedition. Among those chosen were Aria, Jasper, and Lynette. They would also be accompanied by Orion, the mage from another realm who had become a close ally.
